Overview
The UDP3305C is the higher-current sibling of the UDP3303C — same three-channel SCPI-programmable linear platform, with CH1 and CH2 raised to 0–30V at 0–5A for benches that need 5A on a rail without giving up clean linear output. Total output is 315W; CH3 cycles through 1.8V / 2.5V / 3.3V / 5V at 3.2A for digital subsystem powering. Linear regulation keeps output ripple under 1 mVrms.
CH1 and CH2 combine in series for up to 60V or in parallel for up to 10A — useful when the workload occasionally exceeds what a single 5A rail can deliver. SCPI over USB-Device or RS-232 lets the supply join an automated test rig at the same control reach as the UDP3303C; five preset storage groups (M1–M5) and a Digital I/O hardware ON/OFF pin pair complete the programmable workflow set. For higher-power R&D bench work, characterization sweeps in small-team test labs, and industrial maintenance benches where 5A on a programmable linear earns its place, the UDP3305C is the right point in the UDP3000C family.
