1.5 GHz active differential oscilloscope probe with 10:1 attenuation and ±4V dynamic range. Safely measures floating voltages across motor drives, power converters, and bridge circuits without ground referencing. Compatible with UNI-T oscilloscopes and most oscilloscopes with BNC inputs.
